All deliveries and pick ups will occur at your villa between 11 AM and 1 PM.
Please have all items outside your door by 11 AM on your pick up day.
BINZ drivers will not come into your unit.
Please keep in mind 50lb weight limit.
Items over 50lb are subject to an overweight fee.
YOUR VILLA NUMBER MUST BE PROVIDED AT LEAST TWO DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL or your delivery may not occur timely.

What is the price of pick up and delivery from Montecristo & Novaispania?

Where does BINZ deliver and pick up from?
BINZ picks up and delivers outside the front door, ONLY, of your villa.
What time does BINZ deliver?
All items will be delivered to the front door of your villa between 11 AM and 1 PM.
What time will BINZ pick up?
All items will be picked up from the front door of your villa between 11 AM and 1 PM.
What if I am not there when BINZ is scheduled to arrive?
You do not need to be present.
BINZ will deliver your items right to your villa door. BINZ will pick up from outside your villa door. There is not a scheduled meeting. Please have your items outside your door by 11 AM.
Will BINZ coordinate with my butler?
BINZ communicates with you, the guest. BINZ does not coordinate with the hotel staff, including your butlers.
What if my items are not outside when BINZ arrives for pick up?
If your items are not outside the front door of your villa by 11 AM, then pick up will occur another day.
Is there a weight limit for my bins and specialty items?
- Yes, all bins and specialty items must weigh less than 50lbs.
- There will be a service charge of $100 for each item over the 50lbs limit per visit.
- To avoid this, BINZ encourages you to move your articles between multiple bins.

Should I wrap glass bottles in my bin?
Yes, please! BINZ requires that all glass items are wrapped to avoid breakage and shifting. BINZ will not be responsible for broken glass in bins. Please wrap accordingly.
